- Branding and design Services
- Website Development
- Video Editing
- Custom merchandise production
3. User Responsibilities
You agree that:
- All submitted information is accurate
- You own or have rights to all uploaded designs
- Your content does not violate any laws or intellectual property rights
You are fully responsible for all files submitted.
4. Orders & Design Approval
4.1 Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after:
- Payment is made
- Files are received and approved
4.2 Design Approval
Before production, you will receive a preview/mockup.
You are responsible for checking: spelling, layout, colors, dimensions.
Once approved, Thimze Media is not liable for any errors in the final print
5. Production & Delivery
- Timelines are estimates, not guarantees
- Delays may occur due to external factors
- Risk transfers once items are shipped
6. Printing Disclaimer
Due to the nature of printing:
- Slight color variations may occur
- Material differences can affect output
- Digital previews may differ from final prints
These are not considered defects.
7. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of your designs
- You grant us permission to use them for production
8. Cancellations
- Allowed only before production begins
- Not allowed after production starts
9. Refunds, Returns & Reprints
9.1 General Rule
Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final, except in cases outlined below.
9.2 Non-Refundable Cases
We do not provide refunds for:
- Customer design mistakes
- Errors in approved designs
- Change of mind after production
- Minor color variations
- Incorrect file uploads
9.3 Eligible Cases
You may qualify for a refund or reprint if:
- Item is damaged upon delivery
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product significantly differs from approved design
- There is a confirmed production defect
9.4 Reporting Issues
You must report issues within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide:
- Order number
- Clear photo/video evidence
- Description of the issue

9.5 Resolution
If your claim is valid, we may:
- Reprint the item
- Offer partial/full refund
- Provide store credit
Final decision is at our discretion.
9.6 Refund Processing
Processed within 1–10 business days
Issued via original payment method where possible
9.7 Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping may be covered only in valid cases
9.8 Rejecting of Claims
We may deny claims that are late, lack evidence, show misuse.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
Liability is limited to the order value
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
